Where is your company based?

We are based in Hong Kong and all our products are made in-house, right in our factory. We offer free shipping over $59.

What material are your t-shirts made of?

We offer t-shirts in one material: 100% cotton.

Are they a tight fit, or loose, regular fit?

Our shirts are designed with a regular fit, providing a balance between being too tight or too loose for comfortable everyday wear.

Do the T-shirts shrink after washing?

Our 100% cotton shirts are preshrunk, reducing typical shrinkage to 3%-5%. To maintain size and quality, dry them on low heat. Following these guidelines should prevent significant shrinkage.

Are the sizes like normal US or Asian?

Our sizes are based on the standard US measurements. You can order according to your regular size preference.

How can I choose the right size for me?

We would advise you to take a look at the size chart presented on the product page. If you still cannot decide which size you need, please provide your height, weight, and chest measurement for us. We can recommend a suitable size for you.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, please provide the email address you used when placing the order. We will assist you in tracking your shipment using that information.

How long it takes to deliver?

Our standard shipping duration is between 7-14 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, orders over$59 qualify for free shipping.

Why am I not getting free shipping for my orders over $59?

We offer free shipping on orders over$59, and this threshold is calculated after discounts have been applied.

Why hasn't my order's tracking status been updated?

Tracking updates may be delayed due to various factors, such as:

  • The parcel being at a post office sorting center.
  • Local customs clearance procedures.
  • Uncontrollable factors like bad weather, political issues, or peak order periods.

Please note that these delays often result from time differences between logistics updates. Check back in a few hours, and if the problem persists, please contact us at service@attifit.com for assistance.

Will my package be charged customs and import charges?

Customs and import charges may apply depending on location and order value. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. Attifit has no control over these fees, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information on charges and taxes in your country.

How do I use my promo code?

Applying your promo code is simple! Just enter the code at the 'add to cart' or 'checkout' page, and the discount will be automatically applied to your order total.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer multiple secure and convenient payment options to enhance your shopping experience:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept a wide variety of credit and debit cards. Rest assured, your financial details are secure and we do not store your card information. For any transaction-related queries, please consult your card issuer.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option?

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option.

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

You can change your shipping address by contacting us at service@attifit.com before your order ships. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Note: Updating your address in your account after placing an order only affects future orders.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Order cancellation may be challenging once placed. Contact us at service@attifit.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
If your order is in the 'Processing' stage, we may be able to help, but we can't guarantee cancellation if your order has shipped.

How do I change the currency of the prices displayed on the website?

Our website displays prices in US Dollar (USD) by default. To change the currency:

  • Click on the USD symbol in the top left corner of the page.
